I. How to Download the ICoin App?

Method 1: Download the ICoin App from the Official Website

Search for the ICoin official website in your browser: www.icoin.vip

Click [Local Download], then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download and installation.

Notes:

• If the download link cannot be opened, try switching to a different browser or changing your network connection.

• If the official link is unavailable, please contact official customer support to get a new download link.

II. What If the App Cannot Be Installed After Downloading?

After downloading the installation package, some Android phones may show warnings such as “Security Risk” or “Virus Risk”, which may prevent the installation from being completed. You can follow the steps below to install the app successfully.

1. Huawei (Android)

Tap Allow to continue installation, do not move it into restrictions/control, and follow the prompts to finish the installation.

2. Xiaomi

On the installation page, tap Settings in the top-right corner → enable [Security Protection], then complete the installation.

3. OPPO

In OPPO Phone Manager, go to [Payment Protection], turn off protection for all apps, then complete the installation.

4. China Telecom Network

If you are using a China Telecom network, you can enable Airplane Mode and use WiFi to download and install the ICoin App.

5. Other Methods

For other brands/types of Android phones, you can try the following methods:

• Turn off network and Bluetooth, use Quark Browser or your phone’s built-in browser to download and install; in settings, switch the virus protection option to 360, etc.

• Settings → [Apps & Notifications] → [Permission Management] → [Security & Privacy] → [App Lock] → [Trust this app] → log in again, and the “risk” warning will no longer appear.

• After downloading the ICoin installation package, turn off mobile data and then install it.
