How to Deposit

1.Log in to the App

After successfully logging in, click [Assets] and select [Spot Account].

2.Click “Deposit”

Before depositing, you need to bind at least two of the following verification methods: Google Authenticator, SMS verification, or Email verification.

3.Select the Cryptocurrency

Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, then either copy the deposit address or scan the QR code to transfer funds to that address.

4.Confirm the Withdrawal on the Sending Platform

Depending on the withdrawal rules of the sending platform or wallet, you may need to complete additional verification steps such as Google Authenticator, SMS verification, or Email confirmation. Once confirmed, the withdrawal request will be broadcast to the blockchain network. After miners confirm the transaction, the deposit will be credited to your account.

Important Notes

•Do not deposit any assets other than the specified cryptocurrency to the given address, as lost assets cannot be recovered.

•Once you make a deposit, it requires confirmation by the blockchain network. To speed up processing, you can choose to pay a small network fee. Deposits generally take 10 to 60 minutes to be credited.

•Each cryptocurrency has a minimum deposit amount. Deposits below this amount will not be credited.

•Your deposit address does not change frequently and can be used for multiple deposits. If any changes occur, we will notify you through an official website announcement or email.
