What is Withdrawal?

Withdrawal refers to transferring the digital assets you hold on the ICoin platform to another address. You can withdraw cryptocurrency to another wallet or exchange (a withdrawal address is required).

How to Withdraw

1.Log in to the App

After successfully logging in, click [Assets], switch to the [Spot] account, and then select [Withdraw].

2.Enter the Withdrawal Page

•Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.

•Enter the withdrawal address manually or use the [Address Book] (icon on the right side of the address input field) to save frequently used addresses.

3.Manage Addresses

•Click [Address Book] to open Address Management and add a withdrawal address for future use.

•You can add a remark to the address for easy identification.

Important Notes

•After initiating a withdrawal, it must be confirmed by the blockchain network. To speed up processing, you can pay a small network fee. Withdrawals typically take 10 to 60 minutes to be credited.

•Each network has a minimum withdrawal amount. Withdrawals below this limit will not be processed (refer to the asset withdrawal page for specific limits).

•Your withdrawal address does not frequently change and can be reused. If any changes occur, we will notify you via an official announcement or email.

•Ensure your mobile device is secure to prevent unauthorized access or modifications. Do not share your account credentials with others.
